Planning your visit

We are working closely with our stores so you can shop with confidence and ensure we continue to look after each other and stop the spread.

Face Coverings
Government regulations require all visitors to the Galleries to wear face coverings at all times. This includes wearing coverings in all stores and communal areas throughout the Centre. This rule applies even if you have been vaccinated.

Do appreciate that those with medical conditions and disabilities as well as children under the age of 11 are exempt. Thank you.

A great deal of effort has gone into making the Galleries a safe place for our staff and customers, so we ask that everyone respects this rule to ensure we limit the spread of COVID-19 and keep everyone safe.

Shop alone
Where possible, please shop alone and pay by contactless.

Queuing
Social distancing signage has been placed throughout the Centre as well as queuing signage outside of some stores. Please try and avoid long queues and come back to any particularly busy stores later.

Keep Left
We are asking shoppers to keep left with markers on the floors and staircases to assist and barriers in place to help social distancing.

Please be patient using stairs and escalators by leaving a 4 step gap between you and others.

Use our lifts individually or in household groups.

You can watch a short video of some of the measures we have put in place here: Safer Shopping

Since lockdown was announced, the Galleries has remained open to provide access to essential services such as pharmacies, supermarkets and banks.

The Centre has played a huge role in serving our community during these uncertain times and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the work our store colleagues and our Centre team have done, and continue to do, to ensure the Centre remains a clean and safe place to visit.
