An Introduction to Mindfulness

Monday 14th until Sunday 20th, every day at 12.30 and 1pm you can take part in a 15 minute introduction to mindfulness in Wessington Square ran by Recoco.

The sessions will include relaxation, breathing meditation, and mindful movement.

Mindfulness is a proven technique to reduce stress and help you feel more in control that you can use at anytime and anywhere.
