Parking Facilities
For those travelling by car there are thousands of FREE customer car parking spaces. There is also car parking available for families and customers with disabilities.

Toilets / Baby changing
Toilet Facilities are situated on the upper level. There are also toilet facilities situated in the following stores;
ASDA – Southern Mall
Sainsbury’s – Ground Floor, Albany Mall.
Inshops – Ground Floor, Albany Mall.
McDonalds – Albany Mall.
Matalan - Retail Park

Cash Points
Cash points are situated on the upper level of the centre. There are also cash points situated outside of the ASDA and Sainsbury’s entrances.

Customer Service Desk
The customer service desk is situated opposite McDonalds in Albany Mall

Galleries Gift Cards
If you’re looking for the ideal gift then how about The Galleries gift card?
Available from £5 to £1000, the gift cards are accepted throughout the majority of stores within The Galleries Shopping Centre and Retail Park and can be purchased at the customer service desk situated opposite McDonalds.

Shop mobility / Accessibility
The Galleries offers the hire of mobility scooters available from the customer information desk.

Children’s rides
There are a variety of children's rides throughout the centre on both levels.

Cycle racks
There are cycle racks positioned alongside the Washington Library as well as Sainsbury's.

Taxi ranks
There are two taxi ranks at The Galleries. One is situated outside of the ASDA entrance and the other is located outside of the In Shops entrance.

Security
The Galleries has security staff on duty twenty four hours a day who are fully trained to deal with any incident, swiftly and professionally.

Photo Booths
There is a photo booth situated in Lloyds Pharmacy which is located on the Albany Mall.

First Aid
First Aid trained personnel are always available on site.

Bottle Warming
Bottle warming is available at the eating areas within the Galleries.

Abandoned trolleys
Need to report an abandoned shopping trolley?

If you would like to report an abandonded trolley within the surrounding area of the Galleries then please contact the store which the trolley belongs to and they will arrange collection of the trolley.
