The Galleries offers the hire of mobility scooters available from the customer information desk.
Child Safe Scheme
The Galleries Shopping Centre work closely with local police to ensure the safety of children. The Safe Child Scheme means that if you become separated from a child, you or your child can report this to the nearest member of staff at any shop checkout point that displays the Safe Child Scheme sign. They will then alert The Galleries Customer Service team who have been specially trained in reuniting lost children with their parents

There are a variety of children's rides throughout the centre on both levels.
Cycle racks
There are cycle racks positioned near to all main entrances to the centre.
Taxi ranks
There are two taxi ranks at The Galleries. One is situated outside of the ASDA entrance and the other is located outside of the In Shops entrance.
